This concept helped me realize that my potential is not limited by my family’s history and hardships. Amy told us that we were capable of doing anything that we wanted to in life, and I took that to heart.  I was the first person in my family to attend college. Now, I feel like I am living the American dream. I’m happily married with a family, a working professional, and have recently enrolled in classes to begin working on my Master’s Degree.  This program changed my life.
